How to use heavy metal test at home

Prerequisites

  1. Stop taking all nutritional supplements / medication 36 hours before test
  2. The specimen to be tested should come from the first morning urine discharge. Always use fresh urine.
  3. Fill 10 ml.of urine into clean beaker provided by test supplier
  4. Measure and note down urine pH value ( pH strips could be obtained from pharmacy)
  5. If urine pH value is less than 6.5 add 4-6 drops of pH buffer solution.
  6. Check the pH again, it should be pH 6.5-7.0 value. If too much buffer was added , delude the sample with additional urine until value become pH 6.5-7.0

Preparation of test.

  1. Place 1 of the small test-paper into the test tube
  2. Add 1 ml.of the TESTOL to the test paper
  3. Close the test tube and shake gently until solution turns green ( within 30 seconds )

Determine body’s detoxification capacities

1st. step.

Add 1 ml. of adjusted urine to the test tube containing the activated ( green ) TESTOL solution using the pipette enclosed. The test tube with the mixed solution should be at 2 ml. mark.
Shake vigorously for 15 second and allow to stand for a minute. Observe the ring of color at the top of the liquid with the color chart ( ignore the color at the bottom )
If color changed from green to other color , the specific unbound metal concentration is very high or body detoxification capacities are VERY LOW.
If it is gray, this indicates that multiple metals (Zn , Cu , Hg, Mn, Co, Pb, Ni) are present but too low to create a color match.
If color is green or gray continue to the step 2

2nd. step

Add 1 ml.of liquid sample to be tested more into the test tube.
The test tube with the mixed solution should be at the 3 ml. mark.
Shake vigorously 15 seconds and allow it to stand for 1 minute.
Observe the ring of the color at the top of the liquid with the color chart.
If color changed from green to other color , the specific unbound metal concentration is very high or body detoxification capacities are VERY LOW.
If it is gray , this indicates that multiple metals ( Zn , Cu , Hg, Mn, Co, Pb, Ni )are present but too low to create a color match.
If color is green or gray continue to the step 3.

3rd. Step

Add 1 ml.of liquid sample to be tested more into the test tube.
The test tube with the mixed solution should be at the 4 ml. mark.
Shake vigorously 15 seconds and allow it to stand for 1 minute.
Observe the ring of the color at the top of the liquid with the color chart.
If color changed from green to other color , the specific unborn metal concentration is very high or body detoxification capacities are VERY LOW.
If it is gray , this indicates that multiple metals ( Zn , Cu , Hg, Mn, Co, Pb, Ni )are present but too low to create a color match.
If color is green or gray continue to the step 4

4th step

Add 1 ml.of liquid sample to be tested more into the test tube.

The test tube with the mixed solution should be at the 5 ml. mark.
Shake vigorously 15 seconds and allow it to stand for 1 minute.
Observe the ring of the color at the top of the liquid with the color chart.
If color changed from green to other color , the unbound metal concentration is low to normal or the bodys detoxification capacities are NORMAL.
INTEPRITATION.
The sooner (1ST or 2ND titration ) the green color changes , the higher the unbound metals concentration , the more the body’s detoxification capacities are exhausted.
